1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place in the oven.
2. Preheat oven to 200 C (180 C fan forced).
3. Place Plant Based Tenders on the preheated lined baking tray.
4. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown, turning halfway through cooking.
5. Remove from oven and serve.
Shallow Fry (from thawed)
Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes turning regularly until golden brown and cooked through.
