Schnitzel Parmigiana

Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 x Packets Plantein Schnitzels
1 ⅓ Cup Marinara Sauce
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil (chopped)


Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2
Remove Plant-Based schnitzels from packaging and place onto the lined baking tray.

Step 3
Place tray into the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Turn halfway through. Remove from oven and top each schnitzel with about ⅓ cup of marinara sauce. Top each with a good sprinkle of mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil. Place back into the oven and grill on 210°C for 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to burn.

Step 4
Best served warm on a bed of greens. Enjoy!
